I paid $765 for his advertised “1990–2027 Full Specs” automotive database with 117 columns. What I actually received was a database where the detailed specs/packages essentially stop around March 2020, meaning newer vehicles are missing the “full specs” the product is advertised as providing.
When I confronted him, he acknowledged that information is missing, but his response was basically: why am I focusing on the missing data instead of the substantial amount of data that IS included? The problem is, I specifically paid for a database advertised as having “1990–2027 Full Specs.”
If you’re considering buying from DatabaseAtlas, be VERY careful and verify exactly what data is actually available for newer vehicles before paying.
I would never have paid $765 if this had been clearly disclosed upfront.
