[self-promotion] Proprietary Antibody And TCR-pMHC Datasets

Hey all — I’m with a startup Harell Data which is a cloud platform to access to proprietary data sets for training PLM’s.

We’re early and want to make sure we’re solving a real problem before we go further, so we’re looking for a couple of researchers who actually train or fine-tune pLMs to try it hands-on and tell us straight.
In exchange we’ll set you up with complimentary trial access – we just want honest researcher feedback.

Current data partners:

• A-Alpha Bio — antibody-antigen binding affinity data, including the SEPIA datasets ·
• Adaptive Biotechnologies — TCR-pMHC / peptide-HLA binding data (TCR αβ + peptide-HLA sequences)
