I put together a cleaned CSV of recent Texas TABC pending applications.
The current release has 102 business-premises records across 15 fields. It’s intended for people working with licensing research, market analysis, or early business activity signals.
One distinction worth making: these are application records, not confirmed new openings. I wouldn’t use them as a list of businesses guaranteed to open.
The file includes filing dates and source references, and I disclose the limitations rather than filling missing fields with guesses.
