Stock Market Tier 1 Securities (S&P 500, Russell 1000, Select ETPs)

I am looking for a list of all the current (and hopefully continually updated) Tier 1 securities. I.e. all securities in the S&P 500, the Russell 1000 and select Exchange Traded Products (ETPs).
