Looking For Weather Averages In Worldwide Locations Dataset

Hi,

I am looking for a public dataset containing the weather averages in monthly granularity of locations (could be regions, cities, but the more detail, the better) worldwide (the more the better). If there’s no such option, I could work with just weather readings and compute the averages myself.
