Looking For Access To Consumer Spending Data. Ideally By Zip Or Census Code.

I am a graduate student and I am currently doing a case study on retail real estate. There are companies like CoStar that have spending data (with NAICS code) available down to the block, but I don’t have access to CoStar or something similar. Does anyone know of any public data available on consumer spending with NAICS subsectors more locally
