I Downloaded A Dataset With Annotations And It Is Empty

I am trying to train yolov7 to detect cars for a project. So, I downloaded a dataset of cars from https://universe.roboflow.com/benjamin-tamang/stanford-car-yolov5 and I opened an annotations file to check the file. But when I opened it , it was empty. Then I checked a few more but all of them are empty. Is there a dataset with annotations ?

What do I do?
