Rx BIN number is a 6-digit number that identifies an insurance company . I am looking for a dataset that contains a list of Rx BINs and how they map to different insurance companies.
Does such dataset exist? I found this lookup website https://www.bpglookup.com/ but it imposes a limit on the number of requests.
