Granular NYC Ride Share Data To NY Airports

I know NYC and Chicago require ride share apps to report data. I am unable to find the aggregate data set.

My goal is to find how many ride share trips are made to JFK / LGA / EWR from a distance of over 20 miles away. Is this level of granularity possible?
