Dataset With When A House Was Listed In The Market And When It Was Bought.

I am a student undertaking a project to develop a predictive model for estimating the duration a house will stay on the market. However, I’m encountering difficulty in locating a dataset that includes the two critical variables: the start and end dates of a house listing. The more variables the better but i cant seem to find those two. Could anyone help?
