The documentation explains eligibility, scoring weights and tied-rank handling.<\/p>\n<p>It could be useful for practicing ranking analysis, sensitivity analysis or sports-data visualization.<\/p>\n<p>This is historical analysis\u2014not projections or a categories-league ranking.
