Looking for advice from anyone who\u2019s done similar work.<\/p>\n<p>The data I have:<\/p>\n<pre><code>\u20223,800 licensed property managers from Ontario\u2019s official CMRAO registry \u2022Name only \u2014 no employer, no domain, no address \u2022These are real licensed professionals, not residential contacts <\/code><\/pre>\n<p>What I\u2019ve already tested (with results):<br \/> \u2022 <a href=\"http:\/\/apollo.io\/\">Apollo.io<\/a> free tier \u2192 blocked on Search API, needs paid plan<br \/> \u2022 <a href=\"http:\/\/hunter.io\/\">Hunter.io<\/a> \u2192 needs company domain to work, useless without it<br \/> \u2022 PeopleDataLabs \u2192 blocked signup, requires work email<br \/> \u2022 Prospeo \u2192 B2B only, 0% hit on Canadian residential-style data<br \/> \u2022 Spokeo\/BeenVerified \u2192 US database only, no Canada coverage<br \/> \u2022 Canada411 via Apify \u2192 works but returns phone numbers only, no emails<\/p>\n<p>What I\u2019m trying to figure out:<\/p>\n<pre><code>1.Is Apollo Basic ($49) actually worth it for Canadian property managers? Has anyone tested it for Canada specifically? 2.Is there any people-search or enrichment tool with decent Canadian professional coverage? 3.Has anyone successfully enriched name-only Canadian professional contacts at scale? <\/code><\/pre>\n<p>What I\u2019ve already ruled out:<\/p>\n<pre><code>\u2022US-only people search tools (Spokeo, BeenVerified, TruthFinder) \u2022Tools that need a company domain as input \u2022Residential Canadian data (confirmed it basically doesn\u2019t exist) <\/code><\/pre>\n<p>These are licensed professionals so they should have LinkedIn profiles and company affiliations \u2014 just need the right tool to match name \u2192 email efficiently.<\/p>\n<p>Any real-world experience appreciated.
