I’ve been optimizing data pipelines at a mid-sized company and wow, production is nothing like the clean tutorials online. Most of my week goes into source validation, handling incomplete data, and making sure KPIs actually reflect business goals\u2014not just building ETL for the sake of it.<\/p>\n
