I cleaned it into one flat CSV, one row per country per week per fuel type.<\/p>\n<p>Covers petrol 95, diesel, heating oil, fuel oil and LPG across all 27 EU member states + UK.<\/p>\n<p>A few things the data shows right now:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Irish diesel is rising 5.7x faster during the Iran war than it did during the Ukraine war<\/li>\n<li>Netherlands and Denmark are the most expensive countries for diesel at \u20ac2.58 and \u20ac2.56\/litre<\/li>\n<li>Malta is by far the cheapest at \u20ac1.21\/litre \u2014 government price controls<\/li>\n<li>The 2022 Ukraine war spike is visible across every country in the heatmap simultaneously<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaggle.com\/datasets\/fionnhughes\/eu-oil-bulletin\">Free dataset on Kaggle<\/a> | <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaggle.com\/code\/fionnhughes\/eu-weekly-oil-bulletin\">Analysis notebook<\/a> | <a href=\"https:\/\/huggingface.co\/datasets\/FionnHughes\/eu-weekly-oil-bulletin\">Hugging Face mirror<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Updated every Wednesday when the EC releases new data.
