I\u2019m looking for <strong>public, open medical datasets<\/strong> for finetuning.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ideal traits<\/strong>: clear licenses, solid annotations, documented pipelines, population diversity, common formats (CSV\/JSON\/DICOM), and standard benchmarks\/splits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disclosure<\/strong>: I\u2019m the developer of MedeX.
