Ideally, I\u2019d like datasets that include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Historical sales prices<\/li>\n<li>Property characteristics (square footage, lot size, bedrooms\/bathrooms, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Location data (ZIP code, neighborhood, proximity to amenities)<\/li>\n<li>Market trends (price appreciation, days on market, supply\/demand)<\/li>\n<li>Tax assessments and mortgage data (if available)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I&#8217;m especially interested in <strong>open\/public datasets<\/strong> but would also appreciate recommendations on high-quality paid sources.
