For that, having clinical, digital pathology, genomic and transcriptomic profiles of pre-treatment biopsies of breast tumours and the pathology end point is necessary. Even MRI or some other mammogram images of the evolution of breast tumor as the treatment is given will help. So can someone help me with it.
