I&#8217;m trying to understand this dataset: (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cancerimagingarchive.net\/collection\/cptac-pda\/\">https:\/\/www.cancerimagingarchive.net\/collection\/cptac-pda\/<\/a>) &#8211;&gt; it says that the patients have pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, but once I downloaded the dataset, it is a complete MESS. It is not organized at all, there are not annotations, the DICOM files don&#8217;t make sense, and all the files say NA (which I&#8217;m assuming means negative assessment). I don&#8217;t have enough time to sit and try to reconstruct\/annotate all these DICOM files and it&#8217;s honestly just not making sense to me. If anyone has any experience or understand what is going in this dataset it would be greatly appreciated!
