I&#8217;m hoping to find a dataset that contains fields such income, credit score, ethnicity(optional), zip code, etc. (the more details the better) and whether or not the renter (or buyer) of a property defaulted on the property. Im planning on running some ML models on this, so really the more attributes the better.
